I'd look at from the other direction. One of your VCI/VPI pairs
doesn't exist, review what you have listed on atm3/0.6 and see
which PVC aren't pinginable or aren't accumulating any input
packets.

I'm not sure the addr= trnaslates to an IP address, but take a look
at where host=0xC7F0B537 -> 199.240 181.55 is being routed to..
