Well, that would be fine, but if you try it, you'll find that these
things may resend the default route, but unfortunately don't result
in a new invocation of the route-map specified on a default-originate.
Route-maps invoked on network statements behave similarly, but
there you can at least do a "clear ip route a.b.c.d" to force
an update.
