I haven't noticed any increased memory requirements here on our 5300-192s
with 12.1T vs. 12.0T. Right around the point we started using TACACS,
12.0(7)T started leaking quite heavily. An upgrade to 12.1(1)T cleared it
up.
While we're on the topic of the 12.1 T-train, what's the current recommended
release to run in 12.1T on AS5300s?
