thnx you, David, You correctly RE-stated my question.
cisco2500 can not, do you know whether cisco 2600 can?

Here is a thought, suppose ethernet has 10Mbps, 1.5Mbpsx2 is 3 Mbps
simplex that is a quite bit for 10Mbps, if all works out right,
it will start getting some problem in ethernet, does it?
(ie it start getting a lot of collisions...)

So question is: Is cisco2600 with 10Mbps Lan can handle 2 T1s?
It seems to be that it is getting very close to the limit...
