The second number (underscored above) indicates that the MSFC is
spending 82% of its time servicing interrupts. This won't appear
as part of the process task list in the rest of the sh proc cpu
output. You have a high rate of traffic, it would appear. You
may wish to look at the individual interfaces to determine the
type and source of the traffic. If you have IP accounting or
NetFlow running, that may help a bit.
