does anyone has the experience of qos on incoming traffic. though i can use
CAR, i think it is not a good method, because the bandwidth is reduced
permanently rather than adjust accordingly with congestion avoidance
control. I was told before congestion avoidance control such as WRED,
queuing could not be applied to incoming traffic, so is there any other
alternative ?
