Sepends on how they form the aggregate.

If the upstream performs aggregation, aka proxy aggregation, and you are
multihomed to them, you must have them tag the routes as AS_SET, else, they
will be reannounced back to you.

Travis hit it on the head, tag the routes with the community no_export, or,
if the provider has other communities defined that perform this function,
use them.

To be onest with you, this is the best method. Proxy aggregation causes a
lot of problems with route-filters and registries and such.
