[nsp] 67x CBOS SNMP broken?

Is 67x CBOS SNMP broken?

CBOS 2.4.1 on Cisco 678, PPP routing. All I get are 0's for ifInOctets and
ifOutOctets for every interface. "sh int wan0-0" and "sh int eth0" show
proper byte counts.

All our other ciscos (3640's etc) SNMP fine.
