[nsp] BGP advertise-map non-exist

Hi,

I would like to be able to change the advertised local-pref
based on the existence of a specific route.

Can I use the advertise-map with a route-map only containing
set local-pref statement ???

If so, how is the processing of these statements done

neigh x.x.x.x route-map SetLocalPref110
neigh x.x.x.x advertise-map SetLocalPref200 non-exist OtherPeer

  I would like to be able to send all advertisement with local-pref 110
  unless I loose some BGP peer, then I want to advertise with 200...
  would the above do ???
  Any better idea ???
