Would someone point me to documentation describing configuration of
distributed round-robin or equivalent on a 12008. It currently has IOS
version 12.0(12)S, but this can change if needed.

I have looked thru the Cisco web-site, and was not successful in finding
relevant information.
They talk about WRED in the same breath as DRR, but do not explicit
indicate how DRR can be configured/used.
