delete flash:/vlan.dat

deletes the vlan database file. then cycle your VTP mode to reset the VTP
revision number (to avoid the chance of trashing all your vlans if your
switch is a vtp server). for example, if your switch is a vtp server, from
priv exec mode:

vlan database
vtp transparent
apply
vtp server
apply
exit
