lowest cisco local weight factor
greatest local preference
locally generated route
shortest AS path length
origin type
lowest MED
Best IGP path
lowest BGP route ID

I think there are a few I left out.

nevertheless as-path prending does also work inside an as with
ibgp sessions.
Local preference is a far better way to go with ibgp peers though.
