There is some critical information missing from the show version you
included in your previous email, but according to cisco the memory
requirements for your IOS and platform are as follows:
Minimum Recommended Memory to download image - 8 MB Flash and 32 MB RAM

Has anybody experienced this:
When you do the "sh running-config " - there is no running
configuration.
If you issue "sh startup-config " - configuration is there.
just terminal monitor reveals following:
