[nsp] match tag broken

Hi all,

  Anybody knows if "match tag" in route-map is broken
  in different IOS releases ??? I can recall using it a while
  back in a lab but now, it just won't work with 11.3 code
  as well as 12.1(5)T code.

  All I want is to redistribute between RIP and BGP based
  on TAGged routes.....This should be very straight forward
  (as shown in Routing TCP/IP vol 1) but it just won't work !!!

  Any input appreciated.
