Those numbers look like the tail end of MAC addresses. I'd guess the remote
router is giving out it's MAC address as a name during PPP negotiation and
authentication - this is probably something you need to change on the NetGear.
I notice these are outbound calls - you might be able to change the "name"
assigned to the device in the dialer map statements (Assuming you're using
Legacy DDR) but I'm not sure.
