Dear all.

I have a problem in a router and everyone that could help I would be
greatful.
Although the router's interface is "Serial1/2 is up, line protocol is down",
I have "30 second input rate 718000 bits/sec, 154 packets/sec & 30 second
output rate 0 bits/sec, 0 packets/sec"!
Is this possible to happen???
