What the SIGSEGV saying is that the processor got a "segementation violation"
error, while running IOS. This is nominally references non-existant
memory or some similar error, there can be many causes both in the
software bug and hardware problem area.
SIGTRAP points to executing a specific kind of instruction rather than an
invalid memory access, it could still be bad memory in a router with
non-parity SIMMS, a bug in the "jumps into space" category or whatever.
In some cases the address where the error occurs ties in with a bug for
a specific IOS version, otherwise it's just a "something bad happened"
error, and you need to try upgrading your IOS, swapping SIMM's or other
voodoo to pin it down or make it go away. 8-)
