Hello,

We have a 2620 router and it rebooted 2 time with 2 weeks interval. The
error was :

router1 uptime is 4 hours, 20 minutes
System returned to ROM by error - a SegV exception, PC 0x8021C9E8

This is an interim router inserted in between another router to connect to a
frame relay with multiple PVC's. Can anyone tell me the problem with this
kind of error?
