Hi Fillet,

in order to get a reaonably good loadbalancing in this
scenario I would turn on CEF (ip cef) on both Routers
and make sure that each Router has a 'equal cost' Route
installed in the Routing table via all 4 Interfaces.

P.S. I would doubt that a C3640 can deal with 4x 2Mbit
M-PPP.
