        I think Georges point is that there are other vendors that
have added these innovations but cisco is lacking these features
that people have found very useful when operating a network.

The whole getting a new feature added seems very hap hazard
and if you get a Cisco SE/Sales person invloved forget it.
Unless you are spending more than a double digit million pound
on a single project forget it.

I find talking to a TAC team lead or the product manager is the
best bet.
