It's not "supported" at all, but will work in a VIP2/40, VIP2/50, VIP4/xx.
Doesn't work in a FEIP 8-), dunno about a FEIP2.
Offically you need to use a GEIP or GEIP+, which is a VIP4 with a PA-GE
variant, the GEIP uses a standard PA-GE, the GEIP+ uses a dual-wide
variant.
Your milage may vary...
