Yes, and you may set your connector by using the "media-type" command.
You can see, if Ethernet0 offers different connectors by doing this:
2500(config)#interface ethernet 0
2500(config-if)#media-type ?
10BaseT Use RJ45 connector
AUI Use AUI connector
