The first line from you output shows you have exceeded bandwidth points in
your slots.
the 7206 requires that you calculate the points used by interfaces you use
in which slots.
You cannot put any amount of interfaces into any slot and expect it to work
well.
They have to be balanced across the two busses
Search cisco's site for the details of bandwidth points and which interfaces
to use in which slots and in which order
