www.cisco.com/go/fn is the feature navagator. Good place to start. Search for
802.1Q and then add you ssh.

Looks around 12.021S and higher for the 7200 and the 3600 is around 12.1.3T
I would make sure that you run through the FN and the HW compat matrix to make
sure that we don't exclude any modules you are running.
