Greetings,

I have a 3640 attached via Fast Ethernet to a 7206VXR.
The 3640 is a site router, where the 7206VXR is a one-armed router
aggregating ATM PVC's from remote sites off an OC-3.

I want to make sure that this locally attached site doesn't starve out the
remote sites from accessing the core PVC's since they are configured as UBR
circuits.

Any thoughts or recommendations on going with GTS vs. CAR vs. other to
accomplish this.
