Thanks for the responses, here is what I have:
One side: Cisco 7206VXR NPE300, IOS: 12.2(6a) with PA-T3+ to a DMC Spectrum
II 23GHz microwave radio. Other side Cisco 6509 switch, Cat6k-MSFC, IOS:
12.1(7a) with a Flex-WAN card and PA-T3+. All of the radio statistics are
clean. Coax to the radio on the 7206 end is about 175', changing the 7206
LBO via the cablelength setting has had little if any effect. The problems
have mostly been seen on the 7206 side: Many CRC (hundreds per day), Carrier
Transitions and the interface would drop occasionally. When "framing c-bit"
was being used, Show Controller would log Line Code violations, C-bit, P-bit
errors. Setting the far end (6509 side) to "invert data" seemed to help a
little (if do invert data on the 7206 side the interface goes DOWN). The
only thing which seems to have stopped the Carrier Transitions was to go to
"framing bypass" on both sides. I still see some CRCs but they are much less
than before.
