Does any one know when Cisco will be supporting 64 bit counters on the
3550s? According to the release notes on 12.1(8):

CSCdw52807

SNMP returns errors or zero values for 64-bit counters in the IF-MIB.

The IF-MIB definition includes several objects of the type Counter64.
Support for these objects has not yet been implemented on the Catalyst 3550
switch.

There is no workaround.

I read this to mean that 64 bit counter support is planned. Am I wrong?
