RE: [nsp] 64 bit counters on 3550's?

Grab 12.0(5)WC3. I'm running it on 3548 switches, and run this
version for the exact reason of having 64 bit counters. So if it
also runs on 3550s, then you're in luck.

The earlier "zero count" bug I also saw in the other versions.

fyi the filename is: c3500xl-c3h2s-mz.120-5.WC3.bin"
