Well, 100% in that the router hasn't logged any errors. If you ping
the upstream interface, do you observe any loss? (say 1000 small
packets.)
I haven't seen this behavior however, if neither side of the circuit
is showing errors (and I trust the CSU's error counters to give a more
accurate reading since they're technically monitoring at a different
level) then there is a good chance its an odditity with the code
release. First thing to make absolutely sure of is that the circuit is
clean since 9 times out of 10 when you see stuff like this in the logs
its going to indicate an error on the circuit.
