When you say that the 2509 can't see the 7513, what do you mean by this?
Does it not see it as in, does not show up in a "sh cdp neigh", or it does
not see it in a "sh ip eigrp neigh", or it is not learning routes from the
7513, or what exactly do you mean by "it can't see it" ?
