Doing a show ip eigrp nei gives me no neighbor for the 7513, where the
7513 shows the neighbor fine. Now, it was pointed out to me, which I
suspected earlier, but was hoping to verify here, that eigrp must have a
primary address as its segment, and not a secondary address. The 2509 has
a primary on its ether, and the 7513 has the segment as a secondary.
