Hello everyone,

Here is the question of today AND expect the answer of today too.. :-)
We have a cisco and it has rather old IOS on it.
"flash:igs-i-l.103-10" and it has ONLY 2 MG of RAM altogather.
cisco 2500 (68030) processor (revision D) with 1024K/1024K bytes of
memory.

Now here is what is going on...
after rebooting that cisco,

#show mem
               Head FreeList Total(b) Used(b) Free(b)
Largest(b)
Processor 431E8 1AB60 769560 531676 237884
235904
      I/O 100000 1B8E4 1048576 390808 657768
657136

And after a few days, I got "show mem" telling me that it got very little
free mem

#show mem
               Head FreeList Total(b) Used(b) Free(b)
Largest(b)
Processor 431E8 1AB60 769560 739600 29960
1336
      I/O 100000 1B8E4 1048576 398728 649848
649216

Question is how low can Free(b) and Largest(b) could go before it
gets some problems.

thnx

tatsuya
