[nsp] 2924XL-M + 155meg ATM module VCI/VPI numbers

I have a 2924XL with an ATM 155 module in it.
It will only let me number VPIs for PVCs as 0, and VCI's
as 1-1023. This is insufficient for my purposes - I need more
space available to me than 1023 PVCs, and ideally I would like
to use more VPI's than 0.

Is there any way (different software feature set, etc?) I can
access more PVCs/VPIs/VCIs than this on this switch?
