This is related to an earlier post. The last option that I would have
is do an IOS upgrade. Here is the setup.
Meridian PABX Panasonic EASA 616 (Key system)

Near end router <-------------> Remote router
64k LL using
Frame relay switching
The near end router has 12.2(3) IOS and the remote
router has 12.0(5) XK1. Map class is 32K.
Earlier, we thought that there is no ringback tone. But if you wait for
about 10 to 12 seconds and the other party does not pick up until then, you
can hear it ringing. We have played around with the configuration, for
example, vad, playout delay, exchange frame relay type intf and change the
lmi type to ansi. And there are no errors or delays on the serial interface
or on the voice ports.
Is it a problem on the router or in the Key system connecting to the
router?
