The PA-GE is not officially supported on any VIP in any of the 7500
platform. It is a 7200 only product.
Cisco's party line is that you need a GEIP or GEIP+ for use in the 7500
platform. Something to do with the VIP's being tailored for use with
the specific PA. (Which also means that even if you pulled the PA off a
GEIP the VIP that you have won't work with any other PA's because of the
ROM that it has and how it identifies itself to the 7500.)
