Micky,

Try "sh ver" on the 12012, see if you got the 3-GE card show up first. You
might need to do a "upgrade all slot xx".

Hi Alex Yeung

I have tried different slot on GSR 12012,but still didn't work
But I inserted into GSR model 12016 and it worked, that's very tricky
and ridiculous
The two GSRs(12012 and 12016) are running the same IOS version
Could you give me more tips or clues ?

      Special thanks
                    Micky
