Funnily enough, the client claims they have paid for it, because the box
is labelled NETIRON, and not FASTIRON. The product code on the serial tag
is "NSR16", which I'm told translates to "NetIron Switch Router 16 Port".

The web site is extremely antipathetic. Having a service contract may
help, I (OTH) would prefer to receive some actual service and therefore
try to contact support@ again.
