Andrew,
A couple of suggestions:

a) Please contact your sales team and ask to speak with the system
engineer
b) If you cannot reach your sales team, please contact tech support
(support@foundrynet.com)

Subject: [f-nsp] bgp behavior

I have a BigIron 4000 running BGP and it seems every time I mess with
any
IP addresses, no matter what vlan they are on, it will reset all the BGP
sessions. This appears to be a feature and not a bug, as it dutifully
reports it is doing so in the logs:

Aug 1 03:05:17:N:BGP Peer a.b.c.d DOWN (Reset All Peer Sessions)

This happens every single time I make any change having to do with any
interface's IP address.

Anyone know how to disable this 'feature'?
