Try this:

% dmesg | grep afd0

Should have something like this in your output:
afd0: 120MB <LS-120 VER5 00 UHD Floppy> [963/8/32] at ata0-slave using
PIO3

% mount /dev/rafd0 /mnt

Subject: [j-nsp] Viewing contents of LS-120 disk/PCMCIA flash card

Hello,
Anyone knows how to mount the LS-120/PCMCIA Flash on a Juniper router to
view its content?
In previous version of JunOS 4.3 and earlier, we used to be able to
root@core% <mailto:root@core%25> mount /dev/rad3 /mnt
But this does not work from JunOS 5.x onwards. Anyone knows what is the
new command to do this? Seems like there is no documentation on this
anywhere.
