[j-nsp] FBF (Filter Based Forwarding) available on M5/M10?

The wonderful FBF - http://www.juniper.net/techcenter/notes/552003.html is
only supported on M20/M40/M160? Huh?!

Well first we see from here that one needs an Internet Processor II ASIC to
do FBF:

Next, we see from:
http://www.juniper.net/news/features/ipii/faq_ipii.html
that the Internet Processor II ASIC is standard on M160 routers and as a
simple control board upgrade on the M20 and M40 systems.

Am I to deduce that the M5/M10 routers can't do FBF?
