Juniper alternative to Local-director

Guys,

Can a Juniper router be configured to operate like Cisco's Local-director
i.e :

            {
        { ++++++>(Server-1 - IP1)
        {+++++>(LD - IP)++
        { ++++++>(Server-2 - IP2)
        {

Where the Local Director (LD) faces the client network in a client-server
architecture and all the clients sends requests to the LD, the servers are
connected to the LD and the LD load balances between server-1 and server-2
using response times from each server.

Can a Juniper router be configured in the same manner ?

Regards,

Preggie
