Junos 5.0 : Security Classes and config upload

Hi everybody,

I am going through the Junos 5.0 documentation and I
am wondering what effect the configuration of security
classes has on configuration uploads. Basically with
these new features you restrict the access onparts of
the configuration to certain users.
 
That is something that is not clear to me from the
documentation I have read so far.
Is it still possible to upload configuration files
using FTP or is there some other prefered mechanism to
upload a configuration (like scp or JunoScript).
