[j-nsp] are netflow stats input only?

I was under the impression that sampling on the Juniper would produce
netflow stats for both directions on an interface. However, cflowd
seems to be showing me inbound-only data for each interface (the box is
running JUNOS 4.4). Are bidirectional netflow stats possible on Junipers?
