Can you elaborate on what interface type, encapsulation type was used?

Could you elaborate on the number of sites the biggest customer have? A
rough ballpark figure could work too! :)

Did the SP over-allocate the range of logical interfaces per customer
for future expansion?

You mentioned that you messed up, was that due to functionality of the
router, or deployment strategy?

If it was due to deployment strategy, could you share what you did wrong
and what you did to fix it? What assumption did you make to result in
messing up?

The following means nothing coming from a vendor :-) But, there is
a SP that has deployed L2 VPNs in production, and has customers on
it. The SP cursed us once (yes, we messed up, learned our lesson),
but is now quite happy with it. They would like a MIB is about all
their requests (for now :-)).

It would be better if they answered :-) But, just in case they would
prefer anonymity ...
