Hi Raymond,

No, it means that you've got a default route from three sources. One
is static and has a next hop of 203.129.80.35. The other two are
learned via BGP, one from 10.10.24.1 and the other from
203.129.64.60. Both also tell you that the next hop is
203.129.80.35. The BGP routes are kind of redundant since you've got
a static which has an administrative weight of 5 while the BGP routes
have an admin weight of 170. If the static becomes unreachable
(presumably because fxp0.0 is down) then your BGP routes become
unusable, too.
