Guy has it spot on.

To recap, you can do CCC/L2VPN/draft-martini with like encaps
(Frame Relay to Frame Relay or ATM to ATM, etc) -- this is layer 3
agnostic. So, to answer Sophia's question, this is the only mode
that will carry IPX.

You can also do "interworking" between unlike encaps (ethernet has
not yet been implemented though) for CCC and L2VPNs, but this is
for IP only.
