Does that mean there will be some good, practical, real life examples, and
also the approaches used for Cisco's & Juniper's.
I've seen the index on the AW url, and it does look it.

Also, do you have an eta for the book's publish ?

Actually, Brian Edwards and I work for Juniper. The third coauthor, Brian
Wright, works for Mastercard.

The primary goal of this book was to focus on the mcast protocols in use
today on ISP networks (PIM-SM/MSDP/MBGP). We also examined the Cisco and
Juniper implementations in depth to provide more of a practical guide for
how this stuff is all used in the real world.
