Juniper M10 with modem management

Hi,

I connected a external modem to the AUX/MODEM port on our M10. Only
problem is that the modem doesn't see an connection with the router (TR
led). Are there any config options that need to be changed to make this
port active? Or should it work instantly? We're running on JunOS 5.1R1.4.
