I'd imagine people wanting to disable root ssh logins now could do
something like:
start sh
su
echo PermitRootLogin no > /etc/sshd_conf
...and then start/restart sshd. And if that fails, replace the stock
sshd binary with one that does support this functionality. Granted,
doing so _may_ void warranty, but I'm sure JNPR has more pressing
feature requests than this to deal with.
