[j-nsp] GigE jumbo frames

I noticed Juniper GigE cards support 9192 MTU ("media MTU"), but that IPv4,
MPLS, etc. "protocol MTU's" then need to be set separately. This is the
first time I've come across this extra step; isn't it needlessly icky? Why
can't the protocol MTU adjust automajically?

The context is basically anticipating/supporting the move toward Jumbo
Frames at GigE/10GigE NAPs to preserve the "MTU of the Internet"(tm)

Cheers,
-Lane
